Ann has spent more than 20 years leading or advising executives on technology initiatives that advance the strategic agenda. She is passionate about leveraging technology for growth to increase the speed, agility, and scale at which innovative business capabilities are delivered. She serves clients on a range of topics that include technology strategy, tech modernization, digital operating model, and large transformation value assurance. Additionally, Ann is the convener of McKinsey’s annual Women in Tech conference.

Ann’s recent client work includes:

  • planning for an ERP-enabled tech transformation at a large consumer distributor, including business case, program operating model, and funding approval; establishing enterprise value assurance governance processes to sustain a value-backed approach through implementation
  • helping a large retail client assess its advanced analytics capability maturity and define interesting use cases and key enablers to support growth and productivity
  • designing an end-to-end tech strategy and roadmap for a global retail company, including business case, destination architecture, and digital operating model
  • serving as interim CTO for a global retail client while they completed an external search for a permanent hire
  • driving a large-scale migration to public cloud for a consumer packaged goods client, modernizing all hardware and software to the latest standards, resulting in 20 percent ongoing run rate savings and 75 percent improvement in the speed of delivery

Prior to joining McKinsey, Ann was CIO of global delivery for The Coca-Cola Company, where she led IT for the regional operating groups worldwide. Prior to this, she was CIO of Coca-Cola North America. She has extensive experience working with franchise operations.
