Drives end-to-end transformations for New Zealand’s and Australia’s leading organizations

Alexandra collaborates with leading organizations across New Zealand and Australia to drive large-scale transformations spanning people, processes, and technology.

Passionate about redesigning operations to unlock productivity and foster growth, she prioritizes collaborative design to ensure meaningful and sustainable change.

Her recent work includes:

  • driving large-scale transformations for retailers, telecommunications companies, and other organizations by overhauling their operating models across strategy, people, processes, and technology—efforts that have led to measurable improvements in productivity, customer experience, and employee engagement
  • leading holistic growth transformations across diverse industries, partnering with executive teams to translate long-term strategies into actionable outcomes while addressing structural, cultural, and technological barriers to growth and innovation

Before joining McKinsey, Alexandra earned a PhD in neuroscience from the University of New South Wales, honing her ability to analyze individual and group dynamics that influence business performance and outcomes. When she’s not advising clients and guiding them through transformative change, Alexandra enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family, making her way through New Zealand’s iconic Great Walks.
